We are a private business and reserve the right to not rent unless Guest obtains owner approval. Each guest must be over min. age 22, No Smoking, No Smokers, single married family (1-2 max.), under max. Home Occupancy (6 - 12 people), no groups of young adults, & no singles. Some of our homes, HOA and resorts do Not allow pets, such that we can not make exceptions (HHI AR416 condo, MB Bluewater Resort #803 condo, Palace Resort #2013 condo, & GCB #104G Sunset Square Dr. house). 1-2 small dogs only allowed at: MB Ocean Park #1208 condo, OBX Fin&Tonic house, GCB #126A Woodland Dr. house.
