Significant Team Accomplishments

This week, our group met to discuss the changing project requirements and developed a series of questions to ask our client. These questions were e-mailed to them and we quickly received a response with the appropriate information. We also had our first meeting with our manager. On Friday, the Coordinator e-mailed the client to see if Friday, September 26, 2008 at 1:00 was a convenient time for our team and Dr. Schwarzkopf to come to Tinker and present our proposed solution for the project. We are awaiting a reply. We also met and created our first draft for the Statement of Work.

Problems Addressed this Week

We were faced with a minor problem this week. One of our group members, Kayla, was sick and was unable to attend a couple meetings. This did not hinder our group in any major way. She is now doing much better and is able to attend all of the meetings.

Plans for Next Week

Next week, our team will finish creating the Statement of Work. This will be edited and turned in electronically by Wednesday at 12:00 PM and in hard copy by Wednesday at 4:30 PM. Our team will also begin to prepare our Proposal Presentation. We plan on gaining more detailed information from Tinker with regards to our specific expectations and receive a response concerning the Proposal Presentation meeting time.
