THREADED CABLE END ASSEMBLIES
FINELINE TURNBUCKLE BODY ASSEMBLIES
The FineLine Turnbuckle Assemblies below are based on the Turnbuckle body as assembled above.
Insert cable through Threaded Cap, and into Swage Ferrule. Using Crimper, swage the ferrule onto the cable. This holds the cable against the cap keeping it from pulling out. Next Insert the swage ferrule with swaged cable, and screw on Threaded Cap to Turnbuckle Body.
CLASSIC TURNBUCKLE BODY ASSEMBLIES
The Classic Turnbuckle Assemblies below are based on the Turnbuckle body as assembled above.
Insert the cable into the Swage Tensioner. Swage on using Crimper. Next thread on the Hex Nut, most of the way to the end. Start to thread the Swage Tensioner with cable into the Turnbuckle Body. Once tensioned the Hex Nut is threaded down against the Turnbuckle body to avoid loosening.
