Abstract Submission Information:

  1. Abstracts must address the conference theme and objectives.
  2. Abstracts must be submitted through the secure online system.
  3. Abstract must be limited to 600 words or less. Including references.
  4. Abstract submission deadline is midnight Eastern Daylight Time on April 15, 2017.

Oral Presentations will run approximately 40 minutes each.  30 minute presentation with 10 minutes of question and answer. Abstracts are blinded and peer reviewed.   The reviewers will make recommendations for the type of presentation.   We cannot guarantee that the presentation requested will be available.   You will receive an email indicating if your presentation has been accepted and the type of presentation.  Notification will be sent out at the conclusion of the peer review process. Beginning on or around the middle of April 2017 and concluding sometime in May 2017.
